Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development
and success of our games. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product
strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of top-
notch gaming experiences.

Your role will encompass both creative and analytical aspects, requiring a deep
understanding of the casual gaming market and player behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for casual
games, aligning with company goals and market trends.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the casual gaming industry trends, competitors, and
player preferences to identify opportunities and threats.

Game Conceptualization: Work with game designers and developers to conceptualize and
define game features, mechanics, and gameplay experiences.

Prioritization: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize features and improvements
based on player feedback, data analysis, and business goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with game designers, artists,
developers, and QA teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of games and
updates.

Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to gather and analyze player data, providing insights to
optimize player engagement, retention, and monetization.

Monetization: Develop and implement monetization strategies, including in-app purchases,
ads, and virtual goods, while ensuring a positive player experience.

User Testing: Organize and conduct user testing and focus groups to gather feedback and
iterate on game features and designs.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective user acquisition
and retention strategies, including app store optimization (ASO) and advertising campaigns.

Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and key success
metrics (KSMs) to assess the game’s performance and make data-driven decisions.

Player Feedback: Act as a bridge between players and the development team, actively
listening to player feedback and translating it into actionable improvements.

Live Ops: Drive Live ops of games on the stores

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, game development, or a related field
    (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the casual gaming industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Creativity and a deep passion for casual gaming.
  • Knowledge of game development processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with game monetization strategies and trends.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
