Game Automation Engineer (Unreal Mobile)

Job Overview

• Engineer will be embedded into Test Engineering team, supporting a new studio by creating automation for a coming Unreal mobile project.
• Test Engineer will work in partnership with Build Engineer and Test Engineer to establish an automation framework and automated tests for the project as a whole.
• Test and Build Engineers will work with the studio to understand their requirements and build everything in line with their expectations

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their project requirements

Required Skills and Capabilities (priority order)

• 1+ years experience with Unreal Engine
• 3+ years’ experience with C#, Java
• 1+ years experience with Appium
• 1+ years experience with C++
• Proven experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and good practices
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Highly motivated, autonomous, and proactive
