The Manager will spearhead marketing efforts for a studio focusing on mobile games,
responsible for crafting and executing innovative strategies to engage users across various
media platforms. With a strong background in mobile game marketing and a keen
understanding of market dynamics, this role requires skills to guide marketing and user
acquisition towards achieving company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise
in digital advertising, user engagement, and analytics, alongside a passion for gaming
culture.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Marketing & User Acquisition: Develop and implement global strategies
for user acquisition, market analysis, and budget management.
● KPIs & Campaign Management: Set and monitor KPIs to optimize user engagement,
downloads, and retention.
● Digital & Creative Campaigns: Lead digital marketing and creative content initiatives
to drive user interest and downloads.
● Innovative Techniques & Analytics: Use machine learning and analytics to enhance
marketing tactics and boost Lifetime Value (LTV).
● Market Analysis and Trends: Leverage market trends for strategic decision-making.
● Operational Leadership: Integrate marketing with business, product, and operational
strategies for cohesive growth.
● Continuous Improvement: Refine strategies based on performance data for
sustainable growth and competitive positioning.
● ASO & Market Visibility: Improve game visibility through App Store Optimization
(ASO) and keep abreast of mobile gaming trends.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 5 years of mobile marketing experience for iOS and Android platforms.
● At least 2 years of experience running UA campaigns for casual games in the Tier 1
markets & worldwide.
● Strong knowledge and know-how in creative strategy for casual mobile games
● Proficiency in executing successful campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, ASA and
other leading platforms
● Proficient in analyzing mobile game products to drive user engagement and
retention, and informed data-driven marketing strategies for optimal results.
Desirable but not required:
● Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Additional certifications in digital marketing or game development.
● Experience with machine learning applications in marketing.
● Proficiency in languages other than English to facilitate international marketing
efforts.
