Summary:
The Senior Manager will spearhead marketing efforts for a studio focusing on mobile games,
responsible for crafting and executing innovative strategies to engage users across various
media platforms. With a strong background in mobile game marketing and a keen
understanding of market dynamics, this role requires leadership skills to guide marketing
and user acquisition towards achieving company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess
expertise in digital advertising, user engagement, and analytics, alongside a passion for
gaming culture.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Marketing & User Acquisition: Develop and execute global marketing
strategies, emphasizing user acquisition, market analysis, and budget management.
● KPIs & Campaign Management: Establish and monitor campaign KPIs, focusing on
user engagement, downloads, and retention to optimize user acquisition efforts.
● Digital & Creative Campaigns: Lead digital marketing and creative content initiatives
across key platforms to drive user interest and download rates, ensuring continuous
optimization.
● ASO & Market Visibility: Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve game
visibility on major platforms, while staying updated on mobile gaming trends for
strategic insights.
● Innovative Techniques & Analytics: Utilize machine learning and advanced analytics
to enhance marketing tactics and user insights, ultimately boosting Lifetime Value
(LTV).
● Market Analysis and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends in the mobile gaming
market, leveraging insights for strategic decision-making in user acquisition and
marketing.
● Operational Leadership & Strategic Oversight: Oversee the integration of marketing
with business, product, and operational strategies, ensuring cohesive growth and
market expansion.
● Continuous Improvement: Analyze and refine marketing strategies based on
performance data, aiming for sustainable user growth and competitive market
positioning.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
● Minimum 5 years of mobile game marketing experience for iOS and Android
platforms.
● Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate marketing teams effectively.
● Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as social media (TikTok, Meta etc.),
Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads, proficient in analyzing mobile game products to
drive user engagement and retention, and informed data-driven marketing strategies
for optimal results.
● In-depth knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques for Apple and
Google platforms, coupled with a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of
gamer behaviour.
Desirable but not required:
● Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Additional certifications in digital marketing or game development.
● Experience with machine learning applications in marketing.
● Proficiency in languages other than English to facilitate international marketing
efforts.
